About Advantage Acoustical
Accurate Bidding
Our goal is to provide bids that are inclusive to the scope of work, clearly defined, and per specifications, eliminating confusion on bid day, and simplifying scope review.
Effective Submittals
We see the submittal process as a platform to provide clarity to the materials being provided and an opportunity to add value for our customers through timely, clear, and prompt presentation.
Responsible Backlog and Workload
Everyone in the construction industry knows the challenge of getting the right amount of work. We have a process to make sure we are bidding responsibly and tracking contracted work so that we can be ready with the manpower needed to complete projects on time.
Good Communication
We will always return calls and emails promptly, even if it’s a tough conversation that needs to be had. No frustration trying to get a hold of us to schedule installation or coordinate details.
Pre-Planning
We strive to visit every job prior to start-up to identify conflicts and plan installation to avoid delays once on-site.
Competent Execution of Work
We train our workers to be organized, respect work areas, communicate with site supervisors and other trades, and clean up daily.
Quality Workmanship
If we can’t do it right, we don’t want to do it. Our goal is no callbacks for quality issues.
Efficiency
Our search for better methods never ends. This provides us with the opportunity to be more competitive and shorten onsite durations.
Prompt Completion and Closeout
We provide closeout documentation, turnover of attic stock, and punch list completion in a timely manner and documented in the methods requested by our customer. No need for multiple reminders and past due follow-ups.
